I have found that there are some really awesome things you can do with your leftover meatloaf. For one thing, your meat is already seasoned and is able to take on mostly any other kinds being added to it. It is already cooked, so its a great choice to use on a night your just to tired to make something extravagant. A few of my choice picks for my left over meatloaf are Sloppy Joes, Spaghetti, Shepards pie, throw it in a casserole and many more. How do you use your meatloaf?
Tonight I decided to make spaghetti. First, I break up the meat and re-warm it in a frying pan that is big enough to also add my sauce. Then after it is almost warm I add my sauce and throw in any seasonings you would normally add to spaghetti and turn it on low to just lightly simmer while I'm waiting for my pasta to cook. After its all done, you have a cheap, easy and quick dinner for the family.
Would love to hear some of your ideas for meatloaf or any other great leftover item that can be turned into something else!
