BEST RIBS EVER!! Super moist, so flavorful and oven baked!!

Ingredients:

4 lbs Pork Ribs
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2-1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke (optional)
2 Cups of your favorite BBQ sauce or make your own ( I will include an awesome homemade BBQ sauce recipe later on)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F

2. Peel off the membrane that covers the bony side of the ribs. (you can start it by getting a knife or scissors and cutting a slit and sliding your fingers underneath to get enough to grasp and then pull gently.)

3. Mix together brown sugar and other spices to make a

dry rub.

4. Spread Liquid smoke on bony side of ribs. (will quickly absorb so move it around somewhat fast)

5. Generously apply spice rub to all sides.

6. On Cookie sheet, lay down two sheets of foil shiny side out and place ribs meaty side down on top of the foil.

7. Lay two sheets of foil on top of the ribs and roll and crimp edges tightly, with edges facing up to seal and keep in as much moisture as possible.

8. Place in oven and bake for 2-2 1/2 hours, until meat is starting to shrink away from the bone.

9. Remove from oven

10. Heat Broiler

11. Place ribs bony side up on cookie sheet or broiler pan and slather with BBQ sauce, Broil until sauce is cooked on and looks bubbly and glazed.

12. Remove from oven and repeat step 11 with meaty side of ribs up.

Enjoy!!!

(Sorry, I was so excited that I totally forgot to take a picture of the beautiful final product before I murderously cut into the rack. But, you get the idea and just know, despite my horrible cutting job with my metal spatula they were still mouth wateringly delish!!!)
